Once we have discussed your requirements, we will arrange an appointment to either complete the work or schedule a site survey, with a quotation.

We offer a range of options for homes and businesses, including regular treatments or stand-alone sessions. A site-specific quotation will be prepared and, at this stage, you may be asked for a small deposit and to sign our 'Permission to Work' agreement. Date and time for treatment will be confirmed by email and text.
Fully Trained Technician Will Arrive At The Appointed Time & In Full PPE
Depending on the Applications required, our Technician will complete a sweep using the most up to date touchless technology, where droplets will not damage desks, seating or IT equipment. Before and after reports will be provided, using the latest monitoring equipment.
Having Completed The Treatment Application
After completion of the treatment, you will be issued with a Certificate of Completion and Awareness window /door
stickers designed to evidence the protection measures you have taken.
Preparing for your appointment:
There is little preparation required prior to our visit. We ask that premises are vacated during the treatment process and a normal daily surface clean is completed before our arrival. If possible, we do ask for surfaces to be cleared, and items not requiring, disinfection or a protection coating removed. This allows the technician to apply a more thorough treatment.
Whilst our chemicals are animal and plant friendly, you may cover fish tanks and remove pets from the areas to be sprayed if you wish.
Please ensure someone is at the premises at least 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to meet our Technician.
We offer a choice of two disinfectant services; Hospital Grade Disinfectant applied by Electrostatic Technology or alternatively, Ozone, using ozone generators, which provides a better disinfection alternative to traditional chemical sprays that is not only more effective but also 100% organic and safe for people and the environment
The disinfectant spray must be left on all surfaces for 5-10 minutes to ensure all viruses are killed.
The antimicrobial coating will take up to 2 hours to dwell, and you will not be able to use the space or touch anything until the coating has dried.
Please plan for this in your schedule.
Before starting disinfection or the protection coating application, we will walk through your premises to ensure any items that have not to be treated have been removed and sensitive papers covered. The ATP (before) swabbing will take place in areas of concern, prior to any treatment application. If a Covid-19 surface test is required, areas for swabbing will be discussed prior to swabbing. Technicians will prepare the area for treatment application.
Areas of concern and high contact points are highlighted before the area is closed off from further access by employees or the public, with a time fixed for re-entry.
The Electrostatic Antiviral Disinfection will be applied to all areas, and depending on the chosen treatment application, this will be followed by the Electrostatic Antimicrobial Protection Coating.
To ensure full coverage of both treatments, we apply the Disinfectant and the Antimicrobial Protection twice to ensure maximum coverage. The second application specifically concentrates on high contact points.
Alternatively, you can decide to disinfect using Ozone. Ozone gas purifies air and surfaces, quickly ensuring that all surfaces; glass, carpets, walls and hard to reach areas are sanitised and safe for customers and staff. Sanity System ozone gas generators are the perfect solution for removing risky pathogens and irritants for your customers and staff.
The antimicrobial coating can then be applied, providing up to 60 days protection.
On completion of the treatment application, it is advised that the area remains cordoned off for approximately 30 minutes for the disinfectant process to dry and for 2 hours for the Antimicrobial Protectant to dwell. However, this time will depend on temperature, ventilation and depth of treatment.
The ATP (after) swabbing will be completed after treatment and the before and after results reported back to your nominated representative.
If a Covid-19 surface test was completed, these results will be returned by email within 1-2 days. A second Covid-19 surface test can be arranged after the results have been received to ensure any Covid contamination has been eliminated after our treatment applications. This will be documented as evidence of the safety measures you have taken.
Certificate of Completion and Awareness documentation will be completed and issued to you and Safer Space notified of your certification, for inclusion on their register.
While our treatments use chemicals proven to be 99.99% effective in killing Covid-19 virus, as well as other bacteria and viruses, we cannot be responsible for any illness or infection incurred by persons visiting your premises, who may or may not have been received at your premises.
The chemicals we use are environmentally friendly and under normal circumstances will not produce any adverse reactions in persons exposed to them. We cannot however be responsible for any unexpected reactions to these chemicals.
Our chemicals are water-based, used in safe concentrations and delivered in a very fine mist. It is very unlikely that they will cause any damage to equipment, furniture or surfaces in the premises sprayed. We cannot however be responsible for any unforeseen damage which may arise to furniture, fixtures, equipment or personal possessions in the premises we spray.
The chemicals we use are delivered in a water-based spray. This will evaporate naturally within a few minutes after application. However, we do remind our clients that floors, stairs and surfaces are wet until the chemicals evaporate and we cannot be responsible for any injury due to slipping on wet surfaces as a result of spraying.
Making a booking for our services is considered an acceptance of these terms and a booking indicates that the client has read and accepted these terms.
